Cancellation Policy

COMPANY POLICIES Consultations are always FREE! A deposit of 50% of total estimated cost of service will be collected once a service is booked and confirmed. That amount will go towards the total overall cost of service. Payment arrangements/ split payments are available. Client is responsible for the purchase of all additional items needed for said event and/or experience. This might include, but not be limited too; Passports, Flowers, Decor, DJ, Catering, Misc event specific supplies such as magnets, string lights etc.... That said client is welcome to use any of the items Stress Less Events and Experiences already have in stock. CONSULTATION AGREEMENTS: 1st No Call No Show (NCNS)- free and we are happy to reschedule. 2nd NCNS- A penalty fee of $25 will be assessed. 3rd NCNS- We are no longer able to partner with you on that particular event. REFUND POLICY: Should an event or experience be canceled prior to its commencement, cost adjustments will be made to reflect time already spent on project and any/all cancellation costs from venders/venues/other external sources. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: Stress Less Events and Experiences retains all rights for any creative materials or intellectual property developed during the planning process, such as event designs or promotional materials. PRIVACY POLICY: Stress Less Events and Experiences respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. We will never knowingly share any of your information with external parties. VENDORS- All costs for services and/or work subcontracted out with outside vendors including but not limited to DJs, Bartenders, Photographers etc... are the sole responsibility of the client. Vendor relationships and management will be the responsibility of Stress Less Events and Experiences. ACCESSIBILITY POLICY: If you are a person with disabilities or special needs and require any accommodation during events or travel arrangements please do not hesitate to let us know! We are happy to assist and accommodate to the best of our ability. Dispute Resolution Clause: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved by arbitration in Broomfield CO under the rules of JAMS-Denver (https://www.jamsadr.com/denver).
